WHO WE ARE
We have a mission to build up the church to multiply disciples of Jesus, and there are qualities we look for in people who seek to join our team:

We look for people with a genuine, ongoing relationship with Jesus and a Spirit-filled life. You walk in humility, integrity, and maturity - handling conflict well, communicating honestly, and following through.
-
We look for people who love the local church and believe deeply in its mission. You’re committed to seeing people reached and formed through the church and take ownership in moving that mission forward.
-
We look for people who take initiative and pursue excellence. You are prepared, solution-oriented, open to feedback, and committed to continual growth.
-
We look for people who make teams better. You bring joy, support others, build trust, and contribute to a healthy, unified team.
