DAY-TO-DAY
We’re a Sunday–Thursday work environment. Monday–Thursday, we’re in the office from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Sunday is centered on leading and supporting the weekend experience at Citylight Bennington.
There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so this is a fast-paced environment. We’re not afraid to pivot quickly when needs change, and adaptability is important.
We also expect a high level of initiative. This role requires someone who sees what needs to be done, takes ownership, and moves things forward without waiting to be told every next step.
We expect staff to be disciplined in their spiritual practices, continue growing in their relationship with Jesus, and bring their full self to every project, conversation, and initiative.
