1. Faith Begins When We Admit We’re Not Enough

Jairus is respected, connected, and spiritually serious — but none of that can save his dying daughter. In front of a crowd, he falls at Jesus’ feet and begs.
Faith often begins where self-reliance ends. Recognizing our need isn’t weakness; it’s the doorway to trusting Christ.

2. Faith Pushes Past Shame and Barriers

The bleeding woman is socially invisible, physically weak, and spiritually excluded. After twelve years of suffering and failed treatments, she moves toward Jesus anyway.
Faith doesn’t wait until life is cleaned up. It says, “He’s my only hope.”

🤲 Faith comes to Jesus even when we feel unworthy.

3. Jesus Wants Relationship, Not Just Results

Jesus heals the woman instantly — but then stops to bring her into the open. He listens to her story and calls her “Daughter.”
He doesn’t just fix her condition; He restores her dignity and identity.

4. Faith Keeps Trusting When Things Get Worse

News comes that Jairus’ daughter has died. Jesus responds immediately: “Do not fear, only believe.”
Faith isn’t just coming to Jesus once — it’s continuing to trust Him when hope feels gone.

5. Jesus Has Authority Over Our Greatest Fear

In a house full of grief and disbelief, Jesus takes the girl’s hand and raises her. He is not only Lord over sickness — He is Lord over death.
Both Jairus and the woman brought impossible situations. Both found Jesus greater than their worst reality.
